What are essential oils? Essential oils are made from many different types of aromatic/medicinal plants to balance and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. These special plants go through a distilled process creating a unique aroma and special therapeutic effects that can help support our well-being.

Studying the chemistry of the oils has allowed me to understand the therapeutic properties, which helps me to put together a blend for clients with specific needs. It
is proven that our Olfactory (sense of smell) has an impact on the limbic system, and therefore on the hypothalamus, which in turn impacts the immune system.

Essential oils can help with anxiety, sleep issues, focusing, immune support and the list goes on.  The many ways that essential oils can be used are inhalation (inhaler), roller blends, lotions, diffusing, bath salts are just a few ways that can improve our health through our daily life.

Essential oils do not take the place of any current medications you may be on. A Certified Aromatherapist does not claim to heal a person but can add a Holistic approach to help ease some health issues.
